The “Wild Kimono” real-life shop is currently open 2 days each week – Friday and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Check our blog for any other special times, for example around Christmas, when we’ll be inviting some Japanese potters & other craftspeople to join us.
We’re always pleased to see and chat to real people, and we know real people are always appreciative of being able to touch and ask about the lovely old Japanese silks!
Our physical shop address is Wild Kimono at The Old Bank, 35 Bridge St. Uralla NSW 2358. That’s just 20 kms south of Armidale, on the New England Highway. Look for the blue carp flag flying from our top window, right in the middle of town.
But if you can’t make it to “Wild Kimono” when we’re open, we’re always ready to answer your emails. We also pop up at a few of the local markets with small packets of silk offcuts suitable for quilting and patchwork. Expect to find us regularly at the High Country Market held in the picturesque Uralla Showground on the first Sunday of each month!
